We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lettings Manager to oversee the lettings process within our clients Lettings department. The ideal candidate will possess strong Lettings skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for managing the lettings team, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high standards of service for our clients.

Responsibilities

Manage the lettings process from start to finish, including marketing properties, conducting viewings, and negotiating tenancy agreements. Supervise and support the lettings team, providing training and guidance to ensure effective performance. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants and landlords. Foster strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction. Handle any tenant queries or issues promptly and professionally. Conduct regular market research to stay informed about trends in the lettings market.

Requirements

Proven Lettings experience within a property management or lettings environment is essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Multilingual abilities are advantageous, enabling effective communication with a broader range of clients. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
