Do you have experience in customer service, property, sales or retail and are you looking for new challenge? Belvoir are now looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator and Progressor to be based at our busy and expanding Cambridge office. This fast paced, exciting and ever evolving role involves:

Carrying out property viewings with potential tenants. Handling applications and negotiating between landlord and tenant. Handling referencing, drawing up tenancy agreements and carrying out key releases Dealing with enquires in a positive and professional manner Keeping clients up to date Managing adverts on property portals Having a detailed understanding of our available stock and be able to match these to client requirements. Working towards strict daily, weekly and monthly targets with your team. Promoting the company's additional products, such as Rent Guarantee, insurance, and financial services. Creating detailed and professional marketing packs for properties including photograph and floorplans. Meeting Potential clients and selling the the service Belvoir has to offer.

The Person

Direct experience in the property industry is not required however you should have experienced working in a busy and varied marketplace, you will be driven to succeed and be a real team player. Experience of working in the following areas would be advantageous;

Customer Service Sales Retail

You must have:

Strong negotiation skills A passion to deliver excellent customer service A high level of commercial awareness Confident and able to work alone, as well as be part of a team A full UK driving license Access to your own personal transport for viewings or meeting clients
