We are now seeking a driven and enthusiastic

Lettings Negotiator

to join our dynamic team and play a key role in helping landlords and tenants through every step of the lettings process.

The Role

As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll be responsible for:

Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties Conducting viewings and providing prompt feedback to landlords and tenants Negotiating tenancies and preparing tenancy agreements Ensuring all legal compliance is met (Right to Rent checks, referencing, etc.) Liaising with landlords regarding property marketing and rental strategies Supporting our refurbishment and maintenance teams as needed

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years previous experience in lettings is essential Excellent communication and negotiation skills A positive, proactive, and professional approach Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Knowledge of the North East property market is a bonus Full UK driving licence (vehicles provided)
