We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the sale and rental of properties, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a passion for the property market.
Responsibilities
Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Prepare property listings and marketing materials to attract prospective buyers and tenants.
Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants to achieve favourable outcomes for all parties involved.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions in accordance with company policies.
CO-ordinate maintenance and repairs effectively and efficiently, dealing with tradesmen directly
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local developments to provide informed advice to clients.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless process from initial contact through to completion of lettings.
Experience
Previous administrative experience is advantageous, demonstrating your ability to manage tasks efficiently.
Strong communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with clients and colleagues alike.
Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing your capability to serve a diverse clientele.
