Job Description

We are a growing property company based in Wirral offering a range of property-related services including lettings, renovations, supported living, short-stay accommodation, and more. While we are a fairly new business, we're fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and driven by a long-term vision to become a leading name in the local property market.

Our team is small but ambitious, with multiple projects running at once -- from sourcing off-market deals to managing refurbishments and expanding our lettings portfolio. We are now looking for the right person to take ownership of our lettings arm and help shape the next phase of our growth

Key Responsibilities:

Lettings Management

Handle all aspects of the lettings process from start to finish Manage existing tenancies and renewals, liaise with tenants and landlords Conduct viewings, inspections, and check-ins/check-outs Coordinate compliance and maintenance tasks Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met
Marketing & Growth

Help grow the lettings portfolio by attracting new landlords and tenants Create and manage property listings and marketing campaigns Assist with branding, social media, and promotional material Contribute ideas and support for growing other parts of the business (short stays, supported living, etc.)
Operational Support

Be involved in the day-to-day running of the business Use property management software and systems (or help us improve them) Support with admin and help streamline processes Play a key role in scaling the business and improving efficiency
What We're Looking For

Experience in lettings or property management (agency or landlord side) Strong organisational and communication skills Proactive and able to work independently Willingness to get stuck in and grow with the company Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities and switching between tasks Bonus: marketing knowledge, social media skills, or property sourcing experience
