Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team at Bairstow Eves in Cannock. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships with clients. This role involves guiding clients through the lettings process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all parties involved. A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills are essential to manage multiple listings effectively.

Duties

Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences. Conduct viewings of properties, showcasing key features and benefits. Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants, ensuring a fair outcome for all parties. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions. Provide administrative support, including preparing contracts and managing documentation. Stay updated on market trends to provide clients with informed advice. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Utilise multilingual skills to assist a diverse clientele where applicable.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or lettings negotiation is preferred but not essential. Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients. Highly organised with strong attention to detail in all aspects of work. Multilingual abilities are advantageous, enabling effective communication with a broader client base. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service. Full Clean Driving License
