clients. Due to continued growth in our lettings portfolio, we're looking to expand the

team.

The Role

You'll be working in the Lettings Team with a few of our property managers.

Key Responsibilities:

? Assisting the property managers with Inspections, compliance & maintenance

? Dealing with general enquiries

? Marketing property To Let, arranging viewings and taking reservations

? Completing references, tenancy agreements and check ins

The Person

We're looking for someone with:

? Previous experience in the property industry (essential).

? Experience in property enquiries and viewings

? Good IT and organisational skills.

? Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (mileage allowance provided).

Hours: 39.75

Salary: 26,000 - 29,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 26,000.00-29,000.00 per year
