Lettings Negotiator

What You'll Be Doing:

As a

Lettings Negotiator

, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our lettings department. Your core responsibilities will reflect the traditional duties of a frontline negotiator:

Registering prospective tenants

and understanding their property requirements

Booking, conducting and following up on property viewings

, presenting homes professionally and confidently

Negotiating tenancy terms

between landlords and tenants to secure successful lets

Managing tenancy applications

, including references, compliance paperwork and right-to-rent checks

Maintaining accurate records

using our lettings CRM and digital systems

Providing outstanding customer service

to both landlords and tenants throughout the process Liaising closely with the property management team to ensure a smooth handover from let agreed to move-in

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills and a love for working with people A self-starter who's

motivated by goals, growth and impact

Ideally some experience in

sales or lettings

(but personality matters more) A valid UK

driving licence

and access to a car Someone who

Monday to Friday
Based at our Cardiff branch with travel to viewings in Cardiff, Newport and the surrounding areas.
