We're looking for a highly motivated?Individual ?to join us as a ?Lettings Negotiator?to complement our fantastic Lettings team.

This a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to work within a busy and thriving company. Scargill Mann & Co is an established independent Letting agency based on Pride Park in Derby City Centre.

Duties

To provide an effective, efficient and customer focused letting & management service to tenants, landlords. Have a thorough understanding of the local lettings markets and be able to react accordingly To assess leads and arrange viewings with perspective applicants To let properties as quickly as possible Handle the negotiation of any offer received between the client and the prospective tenant Obtain references for all prospective tenants via the online referencing system Draw up Tenancy Agreements and other relevant legal documentation as required To ensure that all processes have been completed prior to the commencement of the tenancy Preparation of files ahead of the handover to the Property Management department Ensure the process from application to handover to Property Management team is delivered with outstanding customer service.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or lettings negotiation is desirable but not essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent administrative skills to handle paperwork accurately. Multilingual abilities are advantageous, enabling effective communication with diverse clients. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and colleagues. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail. A valid driving licence is preferred

Hours of work - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm & Alternate Saturday's 9am - 1pm

Salary with commission OTE 30,000 - 32,500
