We are now looking for a new Lettings Negotiator to join our fantastic team.

Job Type: Full-time (8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4pm on Fridays). Office Based

Location: Central Edinburgh (EH6 5NP)

Company: Clan Gordon is a well-established and award-winning Firm of Chartered Surveyors offering bespoke investment and property management services to landlords and investors.

Your primary responsibility is to ensure we minimise voids and provide first class service / communications to all our clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct Property Viewings:

Represent the agency with professionalism and expertise during property viewings, offering tailored advice to prospective tenants and ensuring a high-quality client experience.

Property Marketing:

Ensure accurate and compelling advertising of all available properties across digital platforms, ensuring maximum exposure and alignment with market trends.

Client Relationship Management:

Act as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants, delivering exceptional communication and fostering long-term relationships through proactive support.

Assist with oversight of Lettings Process:

Coordinate and streamline the end-to-end lettings process, including scheduling appointments, managing documentation, and liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Void and Portfolio Management:

Collaborate closely with the Property Management team to proactively manage void periods and on-hold properties, implementing strategies to reduce vacancy times and optimise rental income.

Performance Reporting:

Produce and present weekly updates on the status of advertised properties, including market feedback, viewing activity, and strategic recommendations for improved performance.
Required

- Full driving licence

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Skilled in Excel / IT

- High attention to detail

Desired

- Industry Qualification (ARLA / Letwell)

- Industry experience, ideally in Edinburgh
