Responsibilities
Liaise with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Conduct viewings of properties and provide detailed information to potential buyers or tenants.
Negotiate terms of sale or rental agreements on behalf of clients.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and trends.
Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to sales and lettings.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Experience
Proven experience in sales, lettings, or a related field is advantageous.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective client interaction.
Administrative experience is beneficial for managing paperwork and client records.
Multilingual capabilities are a plus, allowing for better engagement with a wider range of clients.
