We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an EXPERIENCED
Lettings Negotiator.
Essential Experience: LETTINGS EXPERIENCE is a MUST!
This is NOT a remote working position.
This is a Full-Time Role including alternate Saturdays.
This position is for a
Highly Capable and Experienced Lettings Negotiator
You need to have significant, recent experience working within the lettings industry, up to date knowledge of current legislation and potential legislative changes.
Key Responsibilities:
Enquiries
- Communicate with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential tenants - Negotiate offers and communicate clearly the rental procedure - Liaise with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors
Referencing, Data input & Preparation
- Use a referencing platform and aid the prospective tenant(s) through the process - Arrange the preparation of the rental contract and other necessary documentation through to and including the check in
Business Generation
- be able to identify and actively seek opportunities to extend our rental portfolio., plan and participate in events to generate and educate landlords and tenants, keeping them up to date with the most up to date legislation. Act as an expert, helpful resource to clients and colleagues - Assist in the development, management and guidance for less experienced colleagues.
Maintenance & Issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings - Use a maintenance platform to manage planned and reactive issues- Collaborate with all parties to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction- Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
Support the Development of peers and self
- must take ownership of continuous learning.
Support the Company Visibility
- Where necessary attend meetings and other business functions as a representative of the company. - Contribute and advance the marketing and visibility of the company
Essential Job Skills:
- Proficient in using relevant software applications (e.g., CRM systems) - Strong IT skills
Desirable other Job Skills:
- Expertise in Facebook/Google Ads - Photography/videography
