In this comprehensive role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, representing the company's commitment to quality service. Your duties will be wide-ranging, encompassing a breadth of tasks related to property lettings, sales, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring they remain informed and reassured throughout the lettings and sales process. This will involve both face-to-face and telephone-based interactions.

2. Negotiation: Act as a mediator between the landlord and tenant, utilizing your negotiation skills to reach agreements that satisfy both parties.

3. Property Viewings: Organise and conduct property viewings for potential tenants, showcasing properties in a way that highlights their unique features and benefits.

4. Applicant Management: Handle all enquiries effectively, register applicants, and coordinate viewings to ensure a smooth, efficient process for all parties involved.

5. Feedback Provision: Offer regular feedback on viewings and properties, keeping clients informed and engaged, and helping to refine their property search.

6. File Management: Diligently manage files from instruction to move in and throughout the tenancy, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and up-to-date.

7. Administrative Tasks: Complete various ad-hoc office duties, including preparing tenancy agreements, conducting pre-tenancy paperwork, and ensuring all post-tenancy administrative work is completed in a timely manner.

8. Business Development: Show a proactive approach to seeking and retaining business, using your skills and initiative to drive the growth of the company.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
