Lettings Negotiator - Immediate start required

X1 are looking for a fast paced, professional, ambitious person to join our friendly and successful team as a Lettings Negotiator responsible for Enquiries & Viewings in our Liverpool branch.

Your role

- Enquiries and Viewings Account Manager (Lettings Negotiator)


At X1, we ensure that every customer journey is the best that it can be. Customer service and tenant satisfaction is key and by being a part of the X1 team, you will be expected to contribute to this - first and last impressions are everything. You will be the face of X1 and will be expected to be outgoing, well-presented, helpful and professional at all times.


Your primary tasks will be:

Conducting property viewings Creating property adverts Responding to enquiries via phone and email Booking in viewings Sending out application paperwork Telephone answering Web chat Other ad-hoc duties

About You

Who are we looking for?

A team player - you're always up for a challenge! Enthusiasm Excellent communication & people skills, friendly attitude Strong work ethic Outgoing and confident - you will be the face of X1! Organised Full UK driving licence is essential.

starting from 23,810 per annum plus monthly commission

Hours:

9.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 9.30am - 4.30pm Friday
