About the Role:

We are seeking experienced

Lettings Negotiators

to join a dynamic and growing estate agency. This is a

commission-only

What You'll Do:

Register and manage new applicant enquiries Arrange and conduct property viewings Liaise with landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process Negotiate tenancy agreements and secure lets Ensure all compliance and documentation is in place Work collaboratively within the team to meet targets

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience

in a lettings negotiator role (desirable) Strong communication and negotiation skills Confident, driven, and target-focused Ability to manage workload and deliver under pressure Must be available to work in-office (no remote work available)
