DRIVING LICENCE AND CAR REQURIED FOR THIS ROLE
Sincere Lettings is a modern forward-thinking estate agency that has thrived in lettings over the past 15 years. We are looking for Junior/experienced lettings negotiator to come on board, someone who is hungry and wants to be in control of what they earn. The more you put in the more you get. On the job, training will be provided with our aim to make the right candidate a complete estate agents. This is an opportunity to be part of something special
Job Roles include:
Booking and conducting viewings
Dealing with tenancy applications
Creating marketing materials
Undertaking credit references and general reference checks
New applicant registrations
Calling registered applicants daily
Negotiating tenancies
Prospecting landlords for new business
You will need your own car
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Car parking available on site
Furthermore there is a competitive commission structure
You will be required to work every Saturday, but will get to take a day off during the week.

Pay: 14,000.00-23,000.00 per year
