Purpose of the role



Joining our dynamic team in Manchester, Leeds, or London and reporting to the Head of Property Management , the lettings negotiator is essential in the property rental market, serving as the vital link between landlords and tenants. You will be responsible for efficiently marketing properties, conduct viewings, and secure tenants quickly,.

As a Lettings Negotiator your day to day responsibilities will be to deal with enquiries from new applicants, register their details, discuss suitable properties that meet their requirements and arrange/accompany property viewings while keeping landlords regularly updated on the progress/marketing of their property.

Responsibilities



Dealing with incoming enquiries via phone, email and through property portals. Registering new applicants, qualifying their ability to rent and noting their specific requirements Arranging and accompanying property viewings Discussing feedback from viewings with Landlords Negotiating offers to rent with landlord and tenants Agreeing new tenancies Identifying opportunities to generate new business Ensuring lettings compliance/regulations are met Working closely with the Lettings team and manager to achieve team/ personal performance targets

Working as a team



Take part in weekly team meetings to monitor performance and keep everyone up to date. Assist the team to hit set targets on a regular basis

Key skills required



Excellent telephone manner, spoken and written communication skills Excellent approach to customer service and client care Driving licence and own car Professional and confident individual Ability to work in a fast paced environment A Passion for teamwork.

WORK PATTERN

Monday - Thursday - 9am-6pm

Friday - 9am-5pm

One in four Saturdays - 10am-4pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 23,000.00-26,000.00 per year
