What are we looking for?
Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join our Newport branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to apply their customer service and administration skills within the property industry and build a rewarding, long-term career. Key responsibilities:
Identify sales and lettings opportunities and arrange/conduct accompanied property viewings
Maintain accurate records of clients' information, requests, and communications
Upsell additional services, including property management solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, supporting portfolio growth and introducing new opportunities
Manage leads from enquiry to closure, delivering positive outcomes for all parties
Provide excellent customer service by listening and responding to client needs
Process rental payments and compile regular lettings performance reports
Consistently achieve agreed targets in collaboration with your team and line manager
Liaise with the Property Management Team to ensure the smooth running of the portfolio
Be flexible to cover offices across multiple locations

Experience:
A minimum of one year's experience in the industry is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Requirements:
