As part of our dynamic team, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional customer service skills, negotiation prowess, and passion for the property market.
- Competitive basic salary of 325k with the potential to earn up to 345k in commission
- Flexible work schedule with 1 in 2 Saturdays required

- Proven track record in sales or customer service, with a keen eye for detail and a natural flair for negotiation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with both landlords and tenants
- Proficiency in using property management software and a good understanding of the local rental market
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle to facilitate property viewings and market visits
- Previous experience in the real estate or property management industry is highly desirable but not essential
- Strong numerical and analytical skills to effectively manage property portfolios and rental agreements
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
