We are seeking an enthusiastic

Lettings Negotiator

to join our expanding team. This is your chance to join a forward-thinking estate agency that is growing fast and committed to developing your career in the long term.

In this role, you will:

Meet and qualify prospective tenants, matching them to suitable properties. Negotiate tenancy agreements to secure the best terms for our landlords. Manage the process from application through to move-in. Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues.
You will be primarily based in our Wheatley office, with the possibility of working in other branches as the business continues to expand.

Up to 30,000 basic salary. 150/month car allowance + commission (structure TBC). 20 days holiday + all bank holidays off. Saturday working on rotation, with a day in lieu during the week. Requirements:

Full, clean UK driving licence and use of your own car. Excellent people and negotiation skills. Ability to work well under pressure and manage deadlines. Professional, organised, and driven to succeed.
