Job Description
This is an opportunity to join a successful and award-winning Estate Agent based in Hucclecote. We are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to work in our busy Hucclecote office.
The role will be varied and involve:
Registering tenants and identifying properties that meet their needs
Accompanying tenants on viewings
Running references and right to rent checks
Speaking to existing clients and managing their needs, whilst delivering the highest level of customer service.
We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, well-presented individual who also has excellent communication skills.

Previous experience is not necessary, as the job could be a trainee role if required.
Essential skills required:
IT literate
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work alone and as part of a team
The willingness to deliver excellent customer service
Must be able to work under pressure
Use of your own car with a full current driving licence

Hours:
Minimum of 20 hours per week over 5 days, working one Saturday in 7 with a day off in lieu
