Job Title: Lettings Negotiator

Location: Peterborough (Full-Time, Office-Based)

Salary: Competitive + Commission

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in residential lettings

We specialise in residential lettings and property management, providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team.

The Role:

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in the lettings process -- from property marketing and viewings to securing tenancies and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Registering new tenant enquiries and matching applicants to suitable properties Arranging and conducting viewings with prospective tenants Negotiating offers and tenancies between landlords and tenants Supporting landlords with advice on rental values and property presentation Working closely with the property management team to ensure a smooth handover Maintaining accurate records using our lettings CRM system Meeting individual and branch targets

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year's experience in a lettings role within an estate agency Strong communication and negotiation skills Highly organised with good attention to detail A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team Full UK driving licence and own vehicle Familiarity with lettings legislation and compliance
