The responsibilities of a Lettings Executive

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media ?Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data ?Negotiate offers and work towards successful completion Work alongside your team members to achieve greater results ?Maintaining accurate records ?Reviewing sales performance ?Working towards monthly or annual targets ?Provide clients with costings

The Rewards

Earnings will comprise a basic salary plus commission and bonuses with an OTE in excess of 30,000pa

Requirements:

Persuasive ?Positive communicator with good listening skills ?Ability to present arguments using disturbance of consequences ?Have a thirst and regular interest in LEARNING ?Closing skills ?Attention to detail and thorough ?Ability to think on your feet and adapt to different situations ?Focused on Customer Service to ensure all clients are lavished and impressed ?Team player ?Approachable ?Patient and strategic ?Local Knowledge ?Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role ?Hands-on experience with CRM software is a bonus

10 Lets per month Book 10 viewings per day Book 1 market appraisal per day Zero diary actions with no daily carry over ?Zero complaints 3 Positive reviews per month

Pay: 24,500.00-35,000.00 per year
