Raine and Co is a large and successful independent estate agency. Founded in 1991 offering residential sales, lettings and property management.
We have an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join our existing team in our Potters Bar branch.
This role would suit dynamic, driven and well-presented candidates who are self-motivated, sales and people driven.
At Raine and Co we like to offer the personal touch to ensure our customers who deal with us do so time and again.
Some of the duties and responsibilities that are involved within the role are as follows:
You will be responsible for:
- Responding to telephone and website leads
- Generating and booking valuations and viewings
- Advising customers of the other additional services we offer
- Customer service calls to sellers and buyers
- Meeting personal and team targets
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Driven and ambitious
- You will need a full UK driving license
- Preferably a minimum of 2 years experience working in the UK industry
- Able to prove a track record of generating new business
What is in it for you?
Basic salary plus uncapped commission + car allowance
O.T.E. 25,000 - 40,000 per year
