We've experienced significant growth in 2025 and now manage a large amount of fully managed rental properties across the city and surrounding areas. As our portfolio continues to expand, we're looking for an experienced, driven, and proactive Lettings Negotiator or Property Assistant to join our growing team.
The Role
You'll be joining a busy, friendly lettings team, working directly with our Lettings Manager, Part-Time Negotiator, and Apprentice. You'll play a key role in managing tenancies from start to finish, with a focus on viewings, move-ins, inspections, tenancy progression, and landlord and tenant liaison.
This is a full-time, field-based role and
requires a full UK driving licence
and access to a vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct property viewings and attend inspections
Handle move-ins, key handovers, check-in reports, and check-outs
Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors
Manage tenancy progression and assist with renewals and notices
Ensure compliance with lettings legislation and internal procedures
Support the lettings team with admin and day-to-day tasks
Maintain high levels of communication and organisation
What We're Looking For
Minimum
2 years' experience in lettings
or property management
Full UK
driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communication skills with both landlords and tenants
Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
Familiarity with lettings software is a bonus, but not essential
A proactive, can-do attitude, we are a small, high-performance team
