Overview:

DRIVING LICENSE AND CAR IS ESSENTIAL. THIS IS A SELF EMPLOYED ROLE.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Lettings Negotiator. The role would also involve administration work. The usual working days are Monday - Friday

As a self employed Lettings Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their property needs. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the real estate industry and contribute to the growth of our company.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate offers and terms between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Coordinate property listings, including taking photographs, creating descriptions, and advertising on various platforms
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current property trends and prices
- Attend meetings, training sessions, and networking events to enhance industry knowledge and expand professional network

Requirements:
- Strong administrative and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage, but not required
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not essential
