We are looking for a motivated and personable Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
Register and qualify new tenants, understanding their needs and preferences.
Arrange and carry out property viewings in a friendly and professional manner.
Liaise between landlords and tenants to agree tenancy terms and secure lets.
Provide regular feedback to landlords on viewings and marketing progress.
Prepare tenancy agreements and ensure all paperwork and checks are completed in line with regulations.
Keep property listings updated and assist with marketing across online portals and social media.
Build lasting relationships with landlords, tenants, and local businesses.
Support the wider lettings team with day-to-day office duties when needed.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator (preferred, but not always essential).
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Good knowledge of the local property market (or willingness to learn).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team.
A full UK driving licence and own transport required.
