Trainee Lettings Consultant

Salary:

21,000 - 24,000 per annum (DOE) + Quarterly Bonuses

OTE:

22,000 - 25,000 per annum (plus additional commission opportunities)

Hours:

Full-time, 5 days per week (including Saturdays, with a day off in lieu)

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with potential tenants to understand their requirements and recommend suitable properties Develop an in-depth knowledge of the property portfolio and local market Coordinate and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants Negotiate terms between landlords and tenants to achieve successful lets Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the lettings process

What We're Looking For

Previous lettings or property experience preferred, but

not essential

-- full training provided Proven track record in a

customer-focused office environment

Enthusiastic, professional, and competitive

attitude Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

IT proficient

, confident using MS Office and internal systems

Full UK driving licence and own car

Salary & Benefits

Basic salary:

21,000 - 24,000 (depending on experience)

Quarterly performance bonuses

Realistic OTE:

22,000 - 25,000

Additional commission opportunities

Full-time, 5 days per week (including Saturdays, with a day off during the week) Branch opening hours: Monday-Thursday: 8:30am - 6:00pm Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm Saturday: 8:30am - 4:00pm
