Lettings Property Administrator

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Lettings Administrator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the lettings department, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and excellent customer service for both landlords and tenants, as well as conducting viewings on every other Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the lettings team from initial enquiry through to move-in and tenancy renewal. Prepare tenancy agreements, referencing documents, and compliance paperwork (EPCs, gas safety, right-to-rent checks, etc.). Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to coordinate maintenance, inspections, and property visits. Manage tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and deposit returns in line with company policy and legislation. Maintain and update property records and databases (CRM system). Ensure all lettings activity complies with current legislation and company standards. Assist with marketing properties -- uploading listings, arranging photography, and preparing brochures. Handle general correspondence, phone calls, and front-of-house duties as required.
Skills and Experience Required

Previous experience in a lettings or property administration role (preferred but not essential). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. Confident using Microsoft Office and property CRM systems (e.g. Vebra, Alto, Reapit, or similar). Knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance (training can be provided). A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.

Pay: 24,420.00-35,000.00 per year
