Belvoir Hexham & Tynedale are a family owned Lettings & Property Management specialist trading under licence and forming part of the award winning Belvoir Property Management (UK) Franchise. Belvoir Group have some 460 offices throughout the UK with excellent support and training from Central Office.

We have enjoyed 24 years of success within the local property management and residential lettings market and are well known locally as Property Management Specialists.

Sadly we have a very much valued member of the team leaving us and returning to a role within the aviation world and we are looking for a replacement to fill the position of Lettings Property Inspector.

This is a varied and interesting role and will encompass;

Inventories - Property Inspections - Allocating maintenance issues found during inspections.

The successful candidate needs to have attention to detail and be of a practical mind set with good people skills. It is a role which is very varied but that variety is what makes it an interesting role but you will need the ability to multi task at times. Experience of the role while beneficial is not required as full training will be given it is much more important to be enthusiastic with good attitude.

The hours initially will be 16 hours per week and there is some flexibility on working hours.

If you are flexible and have good people and reasonable IT skills this could be the ideal position for you working in a fantastic area with some great landlords and tenants.

You do need access to a car as you will be working around Tynedale - good mileage allowance paid - and while not essential it is helpful if you have knowledge of the local area. You do need to live no more than 15 miles from the office in Hexham.
