Lettings Property Manager

to join our dynamic residential team. In this role, you will be at the heart of delivering exceptional property management services, ensuring our portfolio is well-maintained, profitable, and a place tenants are proud to call home.

Key Responsibilities:-



Manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance, occupancy, and rental income.

Provide exceptional service to prospective and current tenants, handling enquiries, viewings, applications, and lettings negotiations with professionalism and care.

Advertise properties across multiple platforms with compelling, accurate listings that showcase each property's best features.

Prepare tenancy paperwork including agreements, inventories, and compliance documentation, ensuring all legal requirements are met.

Organise and conduct check-ins, check-outs, routine inspections, and safety checks, maintaining detailed and accurate records at all times.

Coordinate timely resolution of maintenance issues, liaising with our in-house maintenance team.

Proactively manage rent reviews, minimise void periods, and contribute to maximising rental income.

Maintain up-to-date records on all systems in line with Data Protection principles.

Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth, efficient operations and uphold company values.

Respond to tenant queries and concerns in line with our customer charter, always aiming for a positive outcome.

What skills do you need:-



Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own diary and prioritise effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -- you'll build trusted relationships with tenants and colleagues alike.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in documentation and record keeping.

Confident using Microsoft 365 and property management systems.

A positive, solution-focused mindset, eager to contribute to a supportive and high-performing team.

This position is full-time, working Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 27,500.00-30,000.00 per year
