Key Responsibilities:

Carry out regular property inspections, tenancy check-ins/check-outs, and manage inventories.

Act as the main point of contact between tenants, landlords, and contractors, ensuring effective communication and timely maintenance.

Ensure all properties comply with current legislation and internal procedures, addressing issues with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Manage rent accounts, ensuring timely payments and resolving any payment discrepancies.

Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering strong, positive relationships with all stakeholders.
