Lettings Property Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our Lettings team in Glasgow. This role involves the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio, ensuring exceptional service for both landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage a portfolio of residential properties across Glasgow Prepare properties for check-in Prepare or update inventories through InventoryBase Conduct check-out inspections Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance Coordinate repairs and maintenance with trusted contractors Liaise with landlords, tenants, and third parties professionally Ensure legal compliance with Scottish property and tenancy laws Maintain accurate records using property management software (SME) Handle phone & email enquiries and office walk-ins

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property management Strong knowledge of Scottish lettings legislation Excellent communication and time management skills Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently Full UK clean driving licence and access to own car preferred, however company pool car available Experience with property management systems (e.g. SME) is a plus Relevant qualifications (e.g. CIH, ARLA) desirable but not essential

Salary & Benefits:



Starting salary from 30,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Mileage allowance (if company pool car not available) or travel expenses (if applicable) Ongoing training and career development opportunities Supportive, professional team environment
