At Naylor Powell, we are looking for a Property Manager to join our friendly team in our Gloucester head office.
The successful candidate will be an organised and tenacious team player. The candidate must have experience in lettings or property management. A good understanding of all aspects of property lettings and tenancy laws would be beneficial.
Responsibilities will include:-
Assisting both tenants and landlords with property related enquiries
Conducting regular visits of managed properties and reporting back to landlords whilst also advising on potential improvements.
Compiling inventories
Completing checkouts and all associated administration, deposit resolution knowledge advantageous
Liaising with relevant contractors to organise reactive and proactive property repairs
Complete relevant lettings administration from compiling tenancy agreements to organising mandatory safety tests.
Experience of Alto PM would be beneficial as would ARLA membership although full ARLA technical award training will be provided if necessary.

Pay: 20,000.00-27,000.00 per year
