We are seeking a
Part-Time Lettings & Property Administrator
to join our award-winning team at Amax Estates, based in Gravesend.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the day-to-day management of a residential lettings portfolio (under 100 properties)
Liaise with tenants, contractors and landlords to coordinate maintenance and repairs
Manage lettings enquiries, inspections, record-keeping and compliance
Upload payments and support with budgeting and reporting
Provide high-quality administrative and client service support
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in administration and/or customer service (essential)
Previous experience in lettings, property or office management (preferred)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proficient in using Google Suite and digital office systems
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
