We are seeking a proactive and organised

Property Manager

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least

3 years' experience

in property management and be confident handling all aspects of residential lettings, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations. Experience using

Alto

,

Rentman

, or

Goodlord

software is desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily management of a residential property portfolio Prepare and manage property budgets and landlord statements Market and advertise available properties to attract suitable tenants Conduct tenant referencing, credit checks, and ensure compliance with legal requirements Set rental rates, negotiate and enforce tenancy agreements Manage maintenance and repair requests, liaising with contractors and landlords Carry out property inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards Handle rent collection, arrears, and operational expenses Maintain accurate records of income, expenditure, leases, and communications Prepare performance and financial reports for landlords Manage end-of-tenancy processes, including checkouts and deposit returns

Requirements

Minimum

3 years' experience

in residential property management Strong knowledge of UK property regulations and lettings procedures Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident using Microsoft Office and property management software Experience with

Alto

,

Rentman

, or

Goodlord

(advantageous but not essential)
