We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager here at Northwood Stoke. to join The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills ability to build relationships with clients. This role is mostly office based, but you will be required to visit clients and properties. A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills are essential to manage multiple listings.
Responsibilities
Liaising between tenants and landlords to negotiate terms of tenancy and renewals when applicable
Managing client paperwork and bookings with all required information
Matching tenants to the right properties and providing them with property information
Promoting properties to tenants using various marketing techniques
Arranging and co-ordinating property maintenance
Keeping the office manager updated on all progress and issues
Removing properties from the market when they are let agreed
Assisting in registration of tenants
Ensuring that all properties adhere to proper health and safety standards
Duties
Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Conduct viewings of properties, showcasing key features and benefits.
Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants, ensuring a fair outcome for all parties.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions.
Provide administrative support, including preparing contracts and managing documentation.
Stay up to date on market trends to provide clients with informed advice.
Work closely with colleagues to achieve team targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Proven experience in a lettings environment is essential.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Full Clean Driving License
