Lettings/Property Manager
to take ownership of our lettings portfolio and drive further expansion.
The Role
As
Lettings/Property Manager
, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the lettings process, managing current portfolio tenants/landlords, assist in developing new business opportunities, and ensuring compliance with current legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the lettings department
Drive team performance through motivation, training, and support
Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties
Handle tenant queries, maintenance issues, and repairs
Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
Organise and manage tenancy renewals, check-ins/check-outs, and deposit returns
Liaise with contractors, landlords, and tenants to coordinate timely works
Ensure legal compliance, including safety certifications and licensing
Keep accurate records and use property management software efficiently
Respond promptly to emergencies and urgent property matters
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in residential property management (1-2 years minimum preferred)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced workload
Knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
ARLA qualification is a plus (or willingness to study)
Full UK driving licence
