Provide day-to-day care and learning activities for children.
Support planning and delivery of EYFS-based programmes.
Ensure children's safety and wellbeing at all times.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
Keep accurate records of children's progress and development.
Key Requirements
Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare.
Experience in a nursery or early years setting.
Good knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding.
Strong communication skills and a caring, patient approach.

Nursery Room Leader
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Nursery Room Leader to oversee daily operations and lead a team in providing outstanding early years care and education.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, support, and mentor nursery staff.
Plan and deliver engaging programmes in line with EYFS.
Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and wellbeing of all children.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
Maintain accurate records and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Requirements
Proven leadership and management experience in an early years setting.
Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to create a stimulating, child-centred environment.
