Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate level 2 Gymnastics Coach to join our team and inspire gymnasts of all ages and skill levels. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will play a vital role in developing gymnasts' abilities and fostering their love for the sport. This position will be at noak hill sports centre on Monday's 3.30pm - 7.30pm and Tuesdays at harrow lodge sports centre 3.30pm-7.30pm, you will be required to set up and down gymnastics equipment.

There will also be opportunities for cover coaching on Thursday's and Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

- Be in charge of the sessions and responsible for quality of the coaching sessions.
- Plan and deliver engaging gymnastics sessions tailored to different age groups and skill levels
- Educate gymnasts on proper techniques, form, and safety measures
- Provide individualised feedback and support to help gymnasts improve their skills
- Create a positive and inclusive training environment that motivates gymnasts to reach their full potential
- Organise and supervise gymnastics competitions, performances, and events
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to ensure the smooth running of the gymnastics programme

- ensure staff around you are working towards the best quality of coaching.

Experience:
- Must be level 2 qualified, Previous experience in sports coaching, particularly in gymnastics, is essential

-first aid trained is essential, DBS essential.
- Recognised coaching qualifications in gymnastics or relevant sports coaching certifications
- Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, training methods, and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes
- Ability to adapt coaching strategies to meet the needs of individual gymnasts
- Passion for gymnastics and a commitment to helping gymnasts achieve their goals
