Job Description

A leading south London nursery practice based in the Lewisham area is actively seeking Level 2 or Level 3 practitioners to their team.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children in the nursery
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive
- Monitor and assess children's development and progress
- Collaborate with parents and communicate effectively about their child's day
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery area

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early childhood setting is preferred
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices
- Familiarity with planning and implementing age-appropriate activities
- Ability to create a warm and welcoming environment for children

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, parents, and
colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and understanding towards children's needs
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
