The Role

As a Level 3 Play Worker Apprentice, you will:

Support children in their learning, play, and development. Help to deliver fun, active, and inclusive play and sports sessions. Assist in planning and setting up engaging activities indoors and outdoors. Ensure a safe, supportive, and positive environment for all children. Work as part of a team to provide excellent childcare and play opportunities. Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
What We're Looking For

A genuine interest in working with children and young people. Enthusiasm, creativity, and a positive attitude. Good communication and teamwork skills. Reliability, motivation, and a willingness to learn. Some experience working with children (paid or voluntary) is beneficial but not essential.

Entry Requirements

Must be aged 16+ GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English are desirable (support can be provided if not achieved).

Pay: 14,000.00-160,000.00 per year
