We are a busy 42-place nursery in Drayton that prioritises care and infuses fun into education. Our daily activities are thoughtfully planned and well-resourced, giving you the tools to inspire young minds effortlessly.

Key Responsibilities:



Providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-2.5 years Planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate activities Encouraging child-led learning through play and exploration Supporting children's social, emotional, and educational development Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and health & safety regulations

Requirements:



Relevant Early Years qualification (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare) Passion for working with young children Strong understanding of the EYFS framework Excellent communication and teamwork skills A proactive, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach

Job role

: Permanent, Full-time. The role involves 30-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 7:15 am to 17:45pm.
