Holds a full and relevant Level 3 (or above) qualification in childcare Achieved GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development Demonstrates a clear commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children Confident in implementing safeguarding procedures and maintaining appropriate boundaries Knowledge of keyworker systems, health and safety in a nursery setting, and equal opportunities Effective communicator with the ability to build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

FTE Salary range:

GLF Associate 2 Point 1 22,98.66 to Point 16 24,872 (DOE)

Pro-rata (actual) Starting Salary

: 17,722.21 to 19,316.94 (DOE)

Hours:

8:15am-3:15pm Monday - Friday 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time)
