Job Summary: Little Learners Calshot
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team at a new and vibrant nursery setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and providing exceptional care to young children.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise daily activities within the nursery
- Create engaging and educational activities for children
- Provide leadership and support to nursery staff( experienced roll)
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
- Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Utilise English language skills to interact with children and parents
- Drive the implementation of childcare best practices
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery setting
- Relevant childcare qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Passion for early childhood education
- Valid driving licence for potential off-site activities
