We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to children, ensuring their safety, development, and well-being. This position requires strong management and leadership skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both children and parents. The Level 3 Practitioner will work closely with colleagues to create a nurturing environment that fosters early childhood education.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality childcare and early education in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Supervise and support children's learning and development through engaging activities.
Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for children.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to promote effective communication.
Assist in the management of staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support as needed.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage children's growth in all areas of development.
Conduct regular observations and assessments of children's progress, documenting findings accurately.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, safeguarding policies, and nursery procedures.
Experience
Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is essential.
Previous experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting is required.
DBS enrolment service is required to be undertook by candidate
Paediatric first aid certification is preferred
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Experience in planning educational activities tailored to children's needs.
A valid driving licence is desirable for potential transport duties related to outings or activities.
