Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Practitioner to join our team in providing high-quality care and education to children. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the development and well-being of children in a nursery setting. This position requires a strong commitment to early childhood education and the ability to communicate effectively with both children and their families.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and educational activities that promote children's learning and development. Manage daily routines and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for all children. Collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive atmosphere that supports individual needs. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and well-being. Lead small groups of children in various activities, fostering social skills and teamwork. Maintain accurate records of children's development, attendance, and any incidents. Drive initiatives that enhance the nursery's educational offerings and overall quality of care.

Skills

Experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting is essential. Strong leadership abilities to guide and inspire both children and team members. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. A solid understanding of early childhood education principles and practices. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and organised approach. Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
