Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Practitioner to join our team at NurtureVille Nursery in the UK. This role is vital in delivering high-quality care and education to young children, contributing to our mission of fostering a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the nursery team in delivering exceptional childcare. Develop and implement engaging educational programs for children. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor children's development and maintain accurate records. Participate in staff training and development initiatives. Collaborate with external agencies as needed. Promote a positive nursery environment that encourages learning

Qualifications

Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (essential). Proven experience working in a nursery or similar setting (essential). Strong management and leadership skills (essential). Excellent communication skills (preferred). Knowledge of early childhood education practices (essential). Ability to work collaboratively within a team (preferred). Proficiency in English (preferred). Driving license (not essential but beneficial).
