Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Practitioner to join our team in providing high-quality childcare and early childhood education. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and communicating effectively with both children and parents. This role requires a commitment to fostering a nurturing environment that promotes the development of children in our care.

Duties

Manage daily activities and routines for children, ensuring a safe and engaging environment. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Provide high-quality childcare, focusing on the individual needs of each child. Facilitate early childhood education programmes that promote learning through play and exploration. Drive initiatives that enhance the nursery's operations and overall quality of care. Collaborate with team members to create a supportive atmosphere for both staff and children. Maintain accurate records of children's development and activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Skills

Proven experience in childcare, particularly with young children. Strong understanding of early childhood education principles. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Leadership abilities to guide and inspire a team of practitioners. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. A valid driving licence is preferred but not essential.
