Job Description
We are delighted to be working with a number of primary school in and around Winsford, who are seeking a dedicated
Level 3 Teaching Assistants
.These community-focused schools where staff truly get to know each child and their families, creating a warm, supportive environment that allows each pupil to flourish. The school is especially proud of its Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), which lays strong foundations for learning in a creative, engaging, and caring setting.
Responsibilities:
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, planned lessons and activities Lead small group sessions in phonics, literacy, and numeracy to boost pupil's progress Provide a personalised support for individual pupils, including those with SEND Foster strong, trusting relationships to support pupils SEMH needs Promote a calm, inclusive, and respectful classroom atmosphere Observe and report on pupil progress and behaviour to the class teacher or SENCO Build positive partnerships with parents and carers as part of the school community Adapt resources and teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
Qualifications & Requirements:
Get a Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools Level 3 First Aid Up-to-date Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service Previous or current experience working with children in a school setting
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
Pay: From 97.68 per day
